I wanted to edit the wiki documentation, but i couldn't figure out how to get an account there, so. Nonetheless, i think they will be very useful for anyone trying to install cacti on Windows Server 2008. The HOWTO below is not very well written, but basically just slightly improved notes that i took while i was installing. I've struggled a long time with installing this, using pieces of documentation and forum posts left and right.
